Recently at a meeting, my friend, who is an older gentleman, was telling the group how much fun he had at my house with the video game called Scene it? He’s into old movies, so this interactive game with remotes to buzz in was right up his alley. As a matter of fact, the last time we played, his whole family came over and we had a ball.
So it got me thinking, why don’t I list a few family/party 360 games that I have? Since the 360 is now just $199, this may be a good investment for those families who like games like this (he even said he may just get a 360 to play these types of games):
1.
Scene it?

- Game types: Enjoy “Credit Roll,” where you guess the film based on the list of characters and actors and “Child’s Play,” where you guess the name of the film based on a child’s drawing of a film scene.
- Big Button Pad: Scene It? Lights, Camera, Action is shipped with four new wireless Big Button Pads, so each player has his or her own buzzer.
- Hi-def visuals: The game offers a wide assortment of movie clips in HD format, as well as hundreds of stills and audio clips from your favorite films.
- Minimal repeats: The Xbox 360 version keeps track of questions that have already been asked and minimizes repeats so you rarely get the same question twice.

These are just a few, I have other sports games that could qualify as family games, but these games above really get everyone involved, especially the first game.
What are some other family/party games that you recommend?
